Wildcats Take to Newly Renovated Grimmer Court
The Campus Center Gym has opened a new chapter in campus life with the debut of the newly renovated facility and the unveiling of Kevin Grimmer Court, a space designed to elevate both competition and community. The opening of the gym marks a significant investment in student-athletes and the broader campus experience, providing a modern, high-energy venue for practices, games, and campus events.
With updated amenities and a revitalized playing surface, Kevin Grimmer Court will serve as a focal point for school spirit and athletic excellence in the years ahead. Beginning in the 2025–26 season, Kevin Grimmer Court became the home for Men’s and Women’s Basketball, offering a state-of-the-art environment that supports high-level performance and an enhanced game-day atmosphere.
The court will also welcome Men’s and Women’s Volleyball starting in 2026, further expanding its role as a multi-sport hub within the Campus Center. The official opening ceremony, set for sometime in the coming months, will be marked by a ribbon cutting and remarks from those who will regularly utilize the space, recognizing its impact on student-athletes, fans, and the campus community as a whole.
