Save the Date: SUNY Poly’s Day of Giving is March 26

As SUNY Poly celebrates 60 years of impact, the university is also preparing for its Annual Day of Giving. On Thursday, March 26, the SUNY Poly community will come together for a 24-hour celebration of philanthropy with a goal of raising $300,000 to support students and campus initiatives. The giving day begins at 8 a.m. on March 26 and ends at 8 a.m. on March 27.

Funds raised during Day of Giving will benefit scholarships, the student emergency fund, academic programs, student experiences, athletics, and other areas that directly enhance the student journey. Every gift, regardless of size, helps expand opportunity and strengthen the Wildcat community.

Special time-based giving challenges will add excitement throughout the day. During the 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. “Lunch Rush,” donors who make a one-time gift of $50 will receive a $10 Lafa Mediterranean by Zeina’s gift card (while supplies last). From 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the “Dine and Donate” challenge offers a $25 Delmonico’s Italian Steakhouse gift certificate to donors who make a one-time gift of $100 (while supplies last).

Day of Giving is an opportunity for alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends to make a meaningful difference. Together, the SUNY Poly community can ensure students have the resources and support they need to thrive.
